The Penguin (ep. 1, 2)
Emboldened by the death of crime boss, Carmine Falcone, and a post-flood crime wave, Oz (Colin Farrell) moves to fill the power vacuum left in Gotham City’s criminal underworld.… and finds a potential first recruit in the young Victor Aguilar (Rhenzy Feliz). Meanwhile, Sofia (Cristin Milioti) and her brother, Alberto (Michael Zegen), seek to keep their family aligned.
